These roles are with Centered, our venture studio that builds and scales startups.

Founder-in-Residence (6-Month Program) — Build your social enterprise from idea to MVP. 6-month equity-free residency with mentorship, resources, and community support for early-stage tech founders focused on impact.

AI Automation Intern (Part-Time) — Help us explore how AI can sharpen go-to-market practices. On-site at The Next Center in Holland, Michigan.

Startup Growth Associate (Part-Time) — Help power our accelerator, working closely with 5–10 startups as they sprint toward their first customers and sales.

UX/UI Experience Designer (Contractor) — Support startups during the first 4 weeks of the accelerator, providing design support to sharpen products, offers, and customer experiences.

Videographer & Editor (Ad-Hoc, Local) — Capture and produce content on an ad-hoc basis, local to Holland, Michigan.

Fractional CFO — Shape financial strategy for our venture studio and portfolio companies. Equity-based compensation, flexible location, Fall 2025 start.

HoneyDone - Handyman - Contractor — Contractor role for experienced handymen in Muskegon & Ottawa County. Regularly scheduled member visits for predictable income.
